School success hinges on the ability to drive and sustain enrollment.  This workshop will define the concepts and practice of admission and enrollment management and explore the external forces shaping the admission funnel at international schools, including assessment, a changing consumer, and the need for professionalization in the admission office.  The results of the first-ever International School Admission Industry survey (2015) -- conducted in conjunction with ISC-Research, ECIS, and four other regional international school associations -- will be highlighted. School leaders will also learn about the four enrollment indicators of successful schools for leading the charge for innovation and renewal of practice at their institutions.
